The Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) has published the documents adopted at its 13th Plenary meeting held in St. Julian's, Malta on 6 and 7 December 2012.
Reviewed common positions were also adopted on wholesale offers governing local access, broadband access and leased lines as well as two documents and an updated report on net neutrality.
A public debriefing session on the plenary session will take place in Brussels, Belgium, on 13 December.
