ANACOM decided to approve, by determination of 13 Decembery 2012, the repeal of the right of use for frequencies for operation of fixed wireless access (FWA) systems held by Optimus - Comunicações, S. A. (ICP-ANACOM No 08/2006 - FWA), as well as of radio license No 504240, associated to that right of use. This decision applies on 31 December 2012.
