By determination of 29 November 2012, ANACOM has declared the tariff applicable, from 1 January 2013, to communications originating on the network of PTC (PTC) and destined for networks of other service providers as being in compliance with prevailing regulatory principles.
PTC's proposal follows the change in the base tariff of the telephone service at a fixed location within the scope of the universal service, also submitted by PTC and object of ANACOM determination of the same date.
