ANACOM has released its Multi-Annual Activities Plan and Budget for 2013-2015. The plan is driven by two main motivations: Firstly, ANACOM's commitment to the accomplishment of its mission and, secondly, its concern regarding the difficult economic and financial situation that Portugal is having to deal with and impact on the sector and on ANACOM's work during the three-year period in question.
The plan reflects ANACOM's determination to reduce internal costs and to rationalise investments, in order to achieve a progressive reduction in the fees applied to the sector, while, at the same time, maintaining its capacity to perform effectively as an independent regulator in a scenario of increasingly demanding and complex regulation.
