European Commission (EC) study, prepared by Point Topic, which maps and assesses progress achieved in terms of broadband coverage in Europe in 2011, with a view to the objectives of the Digital Agenda for Europe 2020.
The main objectives of the Digital Agenda for Europe 2020 include basic broadband access for all by 2013 and high speed broadband access with at least 30 Mbps download speed for all by 2020.
