The Electronic Communications Committee (ECC) of the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) has recently appointed Eric Fournier, of France, as its chairman. As part of this role, he will also automatically become co-President of CEPT.
Mr Fournier is currently Director for Spectrum Planning and International Affairs in the Agence Nationale des Fréquences (ANFR) and has extensive experience in the communications sector. He replaces Germany's Thomas Ewers.
