Brussels hosted last 9 October the first multi-stakeholder dialogue on comparison tools (MSDCT) held by the Directorate General for Health and Consumers (DG SANCO) of the European Commission (EC).
Agenda highlights included the presentation and approval of the MSDCT mandate and the presentations on national experiences involving comparison tools.
The chair stressed that the group’s main goal was to draw up a number of recommendations, specifically to safeguard transparency and trust in those tools.
The next meeting has been scheduled for 27 November 2012.
