A meeting on internet access quality of service (QoS) was held last 1-2 October in the Polish city of Wroclaw. The participants agreed on definition of the metrics and harmonised scenarios for evaluating access quality, with the goal of completing a report for public consultation.
Aspects associated to emergency call location finding by nomad services were also debated and plans call for a report to be produced on the subject. This working group’s next meeting should be held in March 2013.
