Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) published two statements yesterday, 14 November, in which it set out:
- the importance of national regulatory authorities (NRAs) with remit in the electronic communications sector remaining independent, as under European Law;
- its opposition to the proposals of the European Telecommunications Network Operators Association (ETNO) for the review of the International Telecommunications Regulations (ITRs).
