By determination of 31 October 2012, ANACOM does not oppose the transfer of title to Globinóplia Unipessoal, Lda. and Cloverpress, Lda. of the right of use of frequencies in the 87.5-108 MHz band allocated to Editorialcult, C.R.L. for the provision of a local radio programme service in the municipality of Oliveira de Azeméis, nor does it oppose the transfer of licenses 20376 and 20421.
Likewise, ANACOM does not oppose the transfer of title to Globinóplia Unipessoal, Lda., of authorisation to operate the Radio Data System (RDS) with the channel name "AZFM".
