The September/October issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin contains news items on the launch of three tenders to select the company or companies that will be designated to provide universal electronic communications service as well as the consultation on other concession services (telex, data, telegraph and maritime mobile) currently provided by the public telecommunication service concessionaire. Also highlighted is the start of a campaign to inform the general public about the new portability rules.
