The European Commission (EC) has launched a public consultation, as part of the Digital Agenda with the objective of updating the list of relevant wholesale and retail telecommunications markets covered by the Article 7 procedure set out under Directive 2002/21/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 March 2002. Based on the results of the consultation, the Commission will review the current recommendation on relevant markets, last updated in 2007 (Commission Recommendation 2007/879/EC of 17 December).
Interested parties should send contributions no later than 8 January 2013, by email to cnect-relevant-markets@ec.europa.eumailto:cnect-relevant-markets@ec.europa.eu.
