The Slovenian capital Ljubljana hosted last 13-14 September the fourth meeting of the ERGP working group on End Users and Monitoring of Market Outcomes. The preliminary versions of each of the reports being produced by the groups were presented and discussed:
a) a report on quality indicators for postal service and their evolution;
b) a report on complaint processing and consumer protection by national regulatory authorities (NRAs);
c) a report on postal sector indicators, specifically indicators for monitoring postal sector development, including results from information gathered during the year that is meant to be published;
d) a co-operation proposal between the ERGP and Eurostat.
The group of drafters for those documents met on 14 September to organise and plan the work to be done to draw up final versions of the reports mentioned.
