By determination of 18 October 2012, ANACOM does not oppose the transfer of title to R.T.A. - Sociedade de Radiodifusão e Telecomunicação de Albufeira, Unipessoal of the right of use of frequencies in the 87.5-108 MHz band allocated to Rádio Racal for the provision of a local radio programme service in the municipality of Silves.
Likewise, ANACOM does not oppose the transfer of licenses 20395, 507574, 507575 and 505816, nor does it oppose the transfer of authorisation to operate the Radio Data System (RDS) with the channel name "ALGARVFM".
