The announcement of the international open tender for the development and implementation of a fixed termination cost model was published on 9 October 2012, in the 2nd series of Diário de República. The launch of this tender was approved by ANACOM by determination of 4 October 2012.
Bids from interested parties must be delivered by 4pm on 20 November 2012, through the electronic platform www.compraspublicas.comhttps://www.compraspublicas.com/. The selection board will publish the list of bidders, on this platform the day after the end of the deadline for submission of the bids.
