The Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) has released the documents approved for publication at the last plenary session, held in Limassol, Cyprus, on 27 and 28 September 2012.
Two public consultations were launched: one on the revised Common Positions on wholesale local access, wholesale broadband access and wholesale leased lines, closing on 18 October; and another on the draft 2013 BEREC Work Programme, closing on 26 October.
- Public consultation on the revised BEREC Common Positions on Wholesale Local Access, Wholesale Broadband Access and Wholesale Leased lines;
- Public consultation of the draft 2013 BEREC Work Programme.
BEREC will also hold a public hearing on the draft 2013 BEREC Work Programme on 15 October 2012 from 12:00 to 14:00, which will take place in BEREC premises situated in Brussels.
