The Colombian capital Bogotá hosted last 12-13 June the 15th summit meeting of regulators and operators pertaining to the Latin American Forum of Telecommunications Regulators (Regulatel) and the Iberian-American Association of Research Centres and Telecom Companies (AHCIET). The gathering’s theme topic was “technological convergence and public/private co-operation to bring connectivity to the base of the pyramid”.
