The Communications Committee (COCOM) held a meeting last 28 June in Brussels, where the proposed recommendation on notification procedures under article 22, section 3 of the Universal Service Directive was presented, along with the proposed questionnaire that serves as the basis for gathering information on implementation of Europe’s ‘112’ emergency number. The European Commission (EC) also presented information about the Digital Agenda Scorecard, specifically regarding the progress report on electronic communications and broadband and on results of the E-Communications Household Survey report.
