The Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) has placed two documents in consultation on the new Roaming regulation:
- Guidelines on the application of Article 3 of the Roaming Regulation - Wholesale Roaming Access and
- Roaming Regulation - Choice of the Decoupling Method - A consultation to assist BEREC in preparing advice to the Commission on its forthcoming Implementing Act.
Respondents should send comments, preferably in English, to pm@berec.europa.eumailto:pm@berec.europa.eu, no later than 10 August 2012.
BEREC will also conduct a public hearing on these documents on 19 July 2012, from 10:00 to 13:00 at the Auditorium of the European Commission (EC), DG AGRICULTURE, Rue de la Loi, 102 (L102), Brussels, Belgium. The hearing is open to all interested, but prior registration is required for all those attending, by completing the registration form available on BEREC's website before 16 July 2012.
