The European Telecommunications Network Operators Association (ETNO), in co-operation with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), will hold on 19 April 2012 a workshop on the subject “Revising the International Telecommunication Regulations (ITRs) - Preparations for WCIT 2012”.
This workshop will focus on the future revision of the International Rules for Telecommunications, which will be debated at UIT’s next World Conference in International Telecommunications (WCIT-12) due to be held in Dubai in December.
The workshop includes speakers from the ITU, the Internet Society (ISOC), the Council of Europe, the European Commission, and the US Embassy in Brussels.
