ANACOM, by determination of 9 March 2012, has decided to notify PT Comunicações, S. A. (PTC) to voice its opinion, wishing to, within twenty working days, on the observed failure to comply with the "1820" service provision (provision of services unrelated with telephone directories), as well as on appropriate measures to rectify the situation.
This draft follows from inspection measures promoted by ANACOM, in which several irregularities were detected in the provision of services, specifically the conditions associated with numbering resource assigned.
