By determination of 9 March 2012, ANACOM has approved the draft decision to suspend, for a period of 10 working days, the use of five codes to access audiotext services from the "607" numbering range, as allocated to Especial Maravilha - Serviços de Telecomunicações, Unipessoal, Lda., André Garcia - Comunicações, Unipessoal, Lda., Linhagénio - Serviços de Telecomunicações, Unipessoal Lda., Ora Telecom - High Tech, Lda. and Maria da Conceição Luiz Reis. These providers are given a period of 10 working days, so that, where they see fit, they can state their positions, under the terms of articles 100 and 101 of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code.
This draft follows from a set of inspection measures, in which various irregularities were detected in the provision of audiotext services by these providers.
