Dublin hosted last 2-3 February a meeting of the BEREC Contact Network in which the Project Requirement Documents (PRDs) for all BEREC working groups were presented and debated. Also presented was the annual report on sector developments in 2011, BEREC’s middle term strategy and its annual activities report. The respective working groups submitted a report on competition issues associated to net neutrality, current status of the BEREC/European Commission investigation of traffic management, the proposed public consultation on revision of the common positions on wholesale unbundled access (WLA), wholesale broadband access (WBA) and wholesale leased lines (WLL), and international roaming developments.
