By determination of 9 March 2012, ANACOM has ordered an extension of ten working days to the period given to interested parties to respond to the prior hearing and consultation being held on the decision on the definition of wholesale markets of network infrastructure access at a fixed location and broadband access - markets 4 and 5, respectively, of Recommendation 2007/879/EC of 17 December -, as approved by determination of 6 February.
As such, the consultation will close on 5 April 2012.
As instructed at the time, subsequent to determination of 6 February 2012, which gave approval to the draft decision, comments should be sent by email to mercados4e5@anacom.ptmailto:mercados4e5@anacom.pt 1.
