By determination of 16 February 2012, ANACOM has decided not to oppose the transfer of title to Rádio Comercial, S.A., in respect of the right of use frequencies allocated to Maisactual - Comunicações e Meios, Lda., for provision of a publicly available radio broadcasting programme service, with local scope, in the municipality of Amares, with authorisation likewise given to the transfer of radio licenses no. 20410 and no. 504667.
