ANACOM decided to approve, by determination of 9 February 2012, the repeal of the right of use for frequencies for operation of fixed wireless access (FWA) systems held by WTS - Redes e Serviços de Telecomunicações, S. A. (WTS) (ICP-ANACOM No 10/2006 - FWA), as well as of radio license No 504400, associated to that right of use. This decision applies retroactively from 31 December 2011.
