The European Commission (EC) has recently released three studies on different aspects of broadband. All the reports are available online:
- "Broadband access in the EU: situation at 1 July 2011" - report from the Communications Committee (COCOM) examines the situation of broadband in the European Union (EU) up to July 2011, with the analysis of data compiled from ministries and national regulatory authorities in the EU's Member States;
- "Study on broadband access costs 2011" - independent study Van Dijk Management Consultants, upon request of the EC, on broadband retail pricing;
- "Study on Broadband coverage" - independent report by IDATE Consulting&Research, upon request of the EC, on the evolution of geographical broadband coverage in Europe.
