ANACOM approved, by determination of 26 January 2012, the Chartered Accountant, Eurico Ferreira Ramos de Deus, and the auditing company Deloitte & Associates selected by Cyclopnet.pt - Soluções Globais de Telecomunicações and PT Comunicações, respectively, for the purpose of the regime established under article 6 (Audits), of the Regulation No. 38/2004, published on 29 September (Regulation on the procedures for collection and delivery to municipalities of the Municipal Fee for Rights of Way - MFRW).
