The Final Acts of the Regional Administrative Conference of the Members of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) in the European Broadcasting Area, done at Geneva, in 1985, in order to carry out the partial revision of the Stockholm Agreement (1961), were approved in the Council of Ministers, through Decree no. 21/2003 of 3 May.
The Stockholm Agreement concerns the planning of the broadcasting service in the VHF and UHF bands in the European broadcasting area.
