By determination of 29 September, ANACOM has approved a draft decision to revoke the act of allocating the right of use of frequencies for the complementary telecommunications service - mobile trunking service held by MobiZAPP, Comunicações Electrónicas, S. A., and consequently the title supporting the right of use granted to the company (right of use of frequencies ICP-ANACOM no. 05/2008).
This draft decision was submitted to the prior hearing of MobiZAPP and was likewise submitted to the general consultation procedure; under both procedures, stakeholders are given 20 working days to respond. As such, comments should be received no later than 31 October 2011 and should be sent by email to consulta.mobizapp@anacom.ptmailto:consulta.mobizapp@anacom.pt 1.
Once the consultation procedure has been concluded, responses received will be published on this website, whereby respondents should clearly indicate items which are considered confidential.
