The draft regulation regarding ?Monitoring procedures and measurement of the electromagnetic field strengths coming from radiocommunication stations? is available for commentaries and suggestions until July 15. These procedures are important to all network and radiocommunication station users, namely mobile operators, broadcasting operators and holders of privative radiocommunication networks.
This draft regulation was approved by the Board of Directors of ANACOM on May 15, pursuant to Decree-Law no. 11/2003, of January 18, which attributes to this authority the capacity to define those procedures.
The draft regulation is integrally published in www.anacom.pthttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=2958, being also available in Public Enquiry Services of ANACOM. The commentaries and suggestions must be sent, preferably, by Electronic Mail to regulamentoceer@anacom.ptmailto:regulamentoceer@anacom.pt.
ANACOM has taken the initiative to have published, exactly today, a Notice disclosing the approval of this draft regulation and its availability to the site of ANACOM, in some national and regional press: Diário de Notícias, Público, Jornal de Notícias, Correio da Manhã, Açoriano Oriental and Notícias da Madeira.
