The first meeting of the working group on the Net Cost of USO-VAT as a Benefit/Burden, of the European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP), was held last 16 March in Stockholm and served to consider this group's projects: "Construction of a reference scenario" and "Calculation of the benefits/costs introduced by VAT". In this context, the countries' experiences calculating them were shared and orientations and methodologies to use were discussed.
