The first meeting of the working group on End-user Satisfaction and Monitoring of Market Outcomes of the European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP) was held in Lisbon last 24 March and served to consider this group's projects: "Quality of service and end-user satisfaction" and "Market developments and effect of regulation". In this regard, practices regarding these matters already established in European Union member States were presented; the methodology to use was also discussed and the content of the report to present.
