Revision of the rate of cost of capital of PTC referring to 2010 and 2011 - consultation

By determination of 7 April 2011, ANACOM approved a draft decision on the revised calculation of the rate of cost of capital of PT Comunicações, applicable to the years 2010 and 2011.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to prior hearing of interested parties, pursuant to articles 100 and 101 of the Administrative Proceeding Code, as well as to the general consultation procedure, provided for in article 8, Law number 5/2004, of 10 of February, establishing for both cases a period of thirty working days for interested parties to submit their comments.

ANACOM also decided to notify this decision to the European Commission and regulatory authorities of the remaining Member States, pursuant to paragraph 1 of article 57 of Law number 5/2004 of 10 February.
