The plenary meeting of Regulatel was held last 13 December 2010 in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, where the Dominican regulator (Indoltel) assumed the chair for 2011, while Colombia was elected to follow it in 2012. The 2010 activity reports and 2011 working programme were presented; the statutes were also revised to allow voluntary contributions to fund the organisation.
