The BEREC Board of Regulators held a meeting last 2-3 December 2010 in Bruges, Belgium. Most of the project teams (PTs) reported at this gathering, specifically PT Roaming, PT Net Neutrality, PT Framework Implementation, PT Benchmarking and PT Convergence and Economic Analysis. The 2011 working programme was also debated and approved.
