An IRG General Assembly was held last 2 December 2010 in Bruges, Belgium, where discussion focused on the work of PT Framework Implementation, especially the rules of procedure for article 7, including the voting system.
The current status of the processes of personnel hiring and negotiations to base the Office in Riga were presented. Also debated were the forms of international co-operation and increased member participation in the plenary gatherings.
