The BEREC project team (PT) on Next Generation Networks (NGN) met last 30 August in Brussels, where in the scope of the draft “ERG Report on the Regulatory Principles of Open Access” the report on this subject was discussed and finalised, particularly in the context of the European Commission’s recently published “Community Guidelines Concerning State Aid and the Rapid Implantation of Broadband Networks in the Member States”.
