Administrative Rule no. 126-A/2005, of 31 January, which approves the new fees applicable to radiocommunications, has been published. The approved reduction of fees aims to assess their gradual and progressive adjustment to the effective use of radioelectric spectrum.
The new fees apply as from 1 January 2005.
This statutory instrument repeals Administrative Rule no. 1047/2004, of 16 August and amends Administrative Rule no. 1062/2004, of 25 August.
