ANACOM’s Chairman Pedro Duarte Neves gave an interview to "La Lettre", the newsletter of the French communications regulator Autorité de Régulation des Communications Electroniques et des Postes (ARCEP).
This interview, which specifically deals with postal regulation, was published on the last edition of "La Lettre" (July/August, page 11) and also includes the point of view of the Belgian regulator Institut Belge des Services Postaux et de Télécommunications (IBPT).
