The information - up to 31 August 2005 - on the notifications of member States of the European Union is now available. These notifications are made in accordance with article 7 of Directive 2002/21/EC (Framework Directive) and Commission Recommendation 2003/561/EC, regarding market analysis, assessment of significant market power (SMP) and imposition of obligations.
Since 31 March 2005, the date of the earlier version, all countries except Portugal registered updates.
