Highlights of the August 2010 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin include news items about the fourth ANACOM international conference, to be held on 6 October, the draft decision on the leased line markets, approval of the method for calculating fees due to ANACOM and digital terrestrial television (cancellation of rights associated to muxes B through F and draft decision on pilot areas).
Other items concern the evaluation of non-ionising radiation (first quarter 2010) and the publication of two public consultations, one on implementation of the ERG common position on voice over internet protocol (VoIP) service and the other on creation of the ‘703’ code in the National Numbering Plan.
