ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the conditions for the inclusion of accesses to the integrated services digital network (ISDN) in the subscriber line resale offer (SLRO) reference proposal.
This measure was taken on 8 February 2007. Once its final version is adopted, the companies of the PT Group must amend the referred reference proposal, so that prices currently in force, no VAT included, are also applied in the scope of the activation, installation and monthly charges attached to the SLRO over the ISDN access.
Pursuant to articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, the draft decision now approved has been submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties, who may assess the issue in writing within 10 working days.
