The European Commission’s Directorate-General of Information Society and Media and the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) have jointly organised a workshop on “The Global Dimension of Radio Spectrum Policy: the ITU World Radiocommunication Conference 2007 (WRC-07)”. The workshop will be held in the Charlemagne Building in Brussels on 09 March 2007.
The workshop’s main objectives are to promote discussion of Europe’s policy goals for the next World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-07) being held by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) in Autumn 2007; to assist the Commission with the preparation of a Communication on this issue to the Council of Ministers and to the European Parliament; and to provide an input to CEPT in the finalisation of the European Common Proposals for WRC-07.
To attend this event, it is necessary to register by 07 March, using the electronic registration form.
