ANACOM has disclosed the clarification notified to Onitelecom on 16 February 2007, on interconnection flat rate. This clarification covers matters such as traffic transhipment options, service payment conditions, basic capacity unit, increase by 50% of the remuneration of PT Comunicações (PTC) for calls originating on PTC public pay phones, sharing of geographical interconnection points (GIP) and traffic transhipment conditions, interconnection agreement standard form and billing procedures.
