ANACOM has published the clarification that was commutated to PT Comunicações (PTC) on 8 March 2007 on the flat interconnection tariff. This clarification governs traffic transhipment options, the obligation of operators and service providers to make time-based interconnection beams available in all GPIs where capacity based interconnection is implemented and the additional 50% remuneration of PT Comunicações (PTC) for calls originating from PTC public pay phones.
