The sixth meeting of the working group in charge of preparing the ITU’s strategic and financial plan was held last 16 June in Geneva. A highlight was the debate and approval of the draft financial plan for 2012-2015 to be submitted for final approval at the next Plenipotentiary Conference (PP-10), scheduled for 4-22 October 2010 in Guadalajara, Mexico.
