The article ''À espera do regulador'' (Waiting for the Regulator) is now available for consultation on ANACOM's website. It was included in April's issue of the magazine, ''Comunicações'' (Communications), which is published by The Portuguese Association for the Development of Communications - Associação Portuguesa para o Desenvolvimento das Comunicações (APDC).
The article reports on the discussions of the panel, ''What MVNO models for Portugal?'', which took place during the ''Mobility'' conference of 07 March 2007, organised by the APDC. José Ferrari Careto, a member of ANACOM's Management Board was one of the members of this panel.
