ANACOM decided on 13 December 2007 not to oppose the proposal by CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. (CTT) for complementary measures to be implemented until the end of 2007. Such measures are designed to compensate users in general for the failure to achieve the indicators of quality of service in 2006. No cost associated with the implementation of the proposed measures, should be included in the calculation of the benefits.
This Authority further reiterated the need to accomplish the objectives established and to send a report with the overall results of the measures implemented by CTT, so that they may be reviewed and evaluated by ANACOM.
