By determination of 21 April 2003, the draft decision relating to the distribution and broadcasting service of terrestrial television signal provided by PT Comunicações was approved. This determination has been notified to the interested parties to pronounce themselves, in the stated period of 10 days, pursuant to Article 100 and subsequent of the Code of the Administrative Procedure.
